NEEDS YOUR ACTION NOW !!!

A comment left in reaction to my last post.

Candidates can also stand under descriptions registered with the Electoral Commission by the party.
For example a BNP candidate can stand as "British National Party - Protecting British Jobs."

As of 27th January, UKIP have not registered the description "Britain First UK Independence Party" with the Electoral Commission.
See here: http://registers.electoralcommission.org.uk/regulatory-issues/regpoliticalparties.cfm?frmGB=1&frmPartyID=60&frmType=partydetail

In my opinion the UKIP candidate should, legally, have their nomination cancelled, or be forced to stand as an independent.

I urge all readers to pass this information on to Telford BNP and BNP head office and complain to the council.
