Last year a spokesman for Ms Harman, MP for Camberwell and Peckham, said she "strongly refutes" the allegations and had cooperated fully with police.
Today she pleaded guilty to, driving without due care and attention. She has already got 6 points on her license for speeding offences so now has nine points. So is just one more offence from losing her license.
Maybe if she had been forced to admit guilt to driving the car whilst on her mobile phone she would have had a heavier charge given against her. But of course being a QC she found a loophole, admitted guilt to the lesser offence and kept her license.
Careless driving can be punished with a fine of up to £5,000, up to nine points on a driving licence or a driving ban.
This is the type of person which defines the Labour party, for a year now she has tried to defend the indefensible, and then admits guilt. Maybe she should also admit the guilt of the way the Labour party has tried to destroy this country financially and with it's multi cultural master plan.
