INELIGIBLE CANDIDATE IN TELFORD BY ELECTION

I have emailed the returning officer in Telford concerning the UKIP candidate or as he would like to be known Britain First UK Independence Party. If you look HERE at the electoral commission website, and scroll down the page to nominations checklist. The returning officer has to check to see if the candidate has stated a party, that the party is registered on the electoral commission site.

As you can see HERE UKIP has not registered that name.
