COURTS REJECT BNP'S NEW MEMBERSHIP RULES

Judge Paul Collins ruled: "I hold that the BNP are likely to commit unlawful acts of discrimination within section 1b Race Relations Act 1976 in the terms on which they are prepared to admit persons to membership under the 12th addition of their constitution."

The constitution rejected by the court asked members to sign up to the party's principles.

These included a duty to oppose the promotion of any form of "integration or assimilation" that impacted on the "indigenous British", and a requirement to support the "maintenance and existence of the unity and integrity of the indigenous British".

Still to get the full story but it seems that the BNP has to live by different rules than any other party.

What party can you join that you do not have to believe in what they stand for?

update 3.20pm

The membership has been told to remain closed until we remove all forms of what the party stands for, the defending of our country.

Personally I think this is a vote winner not a vote loser. It shows the British people that the powers that be want the indigenous British people eradicated from this island our homeland.

Not whilst there is breath in my body.

***update 3.45pm***

Nick Griffin on SKY NEWS, amendment made to constitution and membership is open. 7,000 applications to start processing.

I GET KNOCKED DOWN, BUT I GET UP AGAIN, SPRINGS TO MIND.

VOTE BNP

  2. The BNP has been legislated away - not by Act of Parliament as our Constitution in Britain requires, (what Labour Lib or Tory MP wants to support the immigrant tide publicly), by by the say so of a legal man in a Court.
