The three MPs charged on Fridey with acts of theft from the Tax payer, stand inline to be paid out from anything between £30,000 to £65,000 depending on length of service. This is what all the 135 MPs which have said they will stand down at the elction can expect to receive also. If they fought for their respective seats and lost they would get nothing. If they stand down, they get a pay off.
You really couldn't make it up, and lets not forget these MPs voted for these rules themself.
